CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Skyyn Studio LLC Cancellation & Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing Glow Skyyn Studio! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies. Appointment Cancellations Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be booked. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and allow time to relax before your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If a service must be rescheduled due to excessive lateness, the cancellation policy may apply. Deposits Certain services, including Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Sculpt & Glow HydraFacials, may require a non-refundable booking deposit that will be applied toward your appointment. Health & Safety Please notify Glow Skyyn Studio before your appointment if you have experienced any changes in your health, medications, pregnancy status, recent cosmetic procedures, or skin conditions that may affect your treatment.
